Beautiful old place, I loved responsive personnel.

Had 2 days in Bern, spending my time here lovely. The food for breakfast, especially cheese, cereal, and eggs, was brilliant! My hotel room was a nice size and airy with the internet, external bathroom, for example. Had central location very close to the city center.

A great selection of options for breakfast, delicious cheese, coffee, tea, cereal, and eggs. Magnificent setting, adjacent to the train station and a really good laundry mat, and the center. Besides, easy to get to The Parliament Building.

The hotel had great and stunning location close to the train station and the old part of the city and the trams and the street sweeping crews that come through very early morning and grocery stores, railway station, restaurants, bus stops, tram station. Also, Swiss Alpine Museum was 1 mile away.

Everything was perfect, including welcoming staff especially the receptionists. Had spacious room with queen-sized bed and wake-up service was available in it.

The place was fairly clean and quaint, had competent and extremely helpful staff especially the receptionists. The breakfast had variety of options, cheese, cereals, and eggs. The hotel was not far from the train station and the main tourist road, the theatre, and the Italian restaurant thanks to its excellent and perfect location. Also, the venue was just 1 km from a bronze statue.

Didn't like the area, it was uninviting.

The room was bright and absolutely spotless with big bathroom, with essentials required. The hotel was in an EXCELLENT location just off grocery stores, railway station, restaurants, bus stops, tram station as well as surrounding attractions.

The room was spacious with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table.

It was in the central location close to all sights. Mattenhof-Weissenbuhl district was worth exploring. Got new-fashioned, airy room with queen-sized bed. The breakfast had lots of options, including cheese, cereal, and eggs.

The hotel of choice in Bern. Clean place & super-friendly and extremely accommodating staff especially the receptionists. Good location - near to main train station and center, and the centre. Huge and cheap room with a good breakfast.

Had nice experience, overall modest place.

All of the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I stayed in the room that was not cleaned or changed towels and available with external bathroom. The food was delicious and included cheese, cereals, and eggs.

This was a very basic hotel. Not value for money. The worst hotel I have stayed at for this price. But that may be the cost level in Switzerland.

Greatly enjoyed how modest and special the property was and its amazingly nice staff especially the receptionists. The location for Bern was marvellous and absolutely perfect, very close to the railway station. Also, it was near The Parliament Building.
